Is there anyone on Marsh that is a plumber? If so I would like to get a possible quote on getting the laundry room faucet-knob fixed.. It seems that our maintenance people do not know what the hell they are doing and could not fix it properly.

Can't be that hard to fix yourself. What's wrong with it? Can you post a picture?

knob bolt? Do you mean the faucet that the hoses to the washer connect to? The little screw that holds the knob on? As long as the stem on the faucet isn't stripped out, you can just replace the knob, or even the bolt that holds the knob on. Is that the problem? The knob is off and you can't turn the water on or off?

You mentioned "maintenance people." Is this in an apartment? I can PM you my # if you want to call me. I'm no plumber but there isn't anything I have found that I can't fix. Plumbing is mostly common sense.
