Got this PBT healthy, then it got the normal Ich that they seem to get. Over this last week I noticed it's colors getting pale and thinning body. This morning I noticed a black spot on it upper back, it was small. I came home 20 minutes ago and it's 4 times as big.

What could this be? Doesn't look like it will live thru the weekend. Should I do a ten gallon water change and move him to the ten gallons in a temp tank? No changes in the other livestock or corals.

Doesn't look like he's been eating?

You could try doing hypo in the 10 gallon tank tomorrow. It should give it almost instant relief and use less energy regulating it's internal salinity. I am still doubtful as emaciated as it looks.

I'm just still kinda curious what the black spot was. The spot started out about an 1/8" and got to what you see in the pics by that evening. Tang was about 5".
