Problem accessing Marsh reef (1 Viewer)

Cannot connect to marsh-reef.org from home. Turned off my wifi on the phone and was able to connect. Is my ip being blocked.

This happened right after i tried accessing member galleries and a pop up asking for password came up.

I hit cancel a few times but could not get rid of tge popup. So I closed tge browser and now it seems my ip is being blocked cuz I cannot open the site from any computer at home.
