Global is about 3 bucks cheaper too.... I am trying it out now and it seems to be working pretty good. I have noticed clearer water anyway. I haven't tested for anything else. Not sure if it works on Phosphates but I know it controls ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates by removing organics from the water.

You can put it in a fluidized type reactor or you could put it in a filter bag and put it in an area of high flow. I bought the 100ml package that comes in its own sealed bag. I placed it in my large filter bag where all my drain water flows through it or around it...I also have a filter bag of phosguard in there as well. Probably not the best place to put them but it has worked pretty well thus far.
