pH: "Average" seawater has a pH of about 8.4. Shoot for that target. Mine generally stays around 8.2.
Alkalinity: Should balance with calcium........do some reading, as this is a complicated subject. There are lots of books and websites out there. There is a calculator that will give you the balances: http://www.kademani.com/reefchem.htm
Calcium: Maintain levels between 400 and 450. Anything more than that is overkill and may mess with your alkalinity, and anything under is inadequate for stony corals.
