Now when the the heck is the tank getting here? Got some deals from Labor Day weekend.

I've been studying some of the heavy hitter builds from Diesel and d2mini to mention a few.

Anyone have some advice before I start putting things together? 3 tanks too much to maintain?

Where you get the sand from did you have to order it from premium aquatics, i have the co3, version of tbat skimmer im getting ready for new build as well

Yes premium aquatics for the sand. Marine depot has an awesome sale on Aquamaxx skimmers. I have 2 on my other tanks.
What's your build Regg?
I'm doing 180g 6' eurobraced tank.

Are there supposed to be rubber gasket between parts for waterproof seal?

I may have to take apart and find some gasket/seals.

Im doing a custom 48*30*24 with synergy reef overflow, starfire three sides, eurobraced, ive never done a build thread but i will once tank comes, i should have waited to by skimmer
