rescue suggestion for newborn kittens (1 Viewer)

Well, as if my home isn't already a zoo, we now have 4 newborn kittens that we have been bottle feeding for the last 5 days.
Does anyone know of a rescue (other than Cats for Life) that might take these guys in? At this age, they are a LOT of work and require almost constant attention. With a full time job a college student and high schooler, it is growing increasingly difficult to manage.

Man I feel your pain, I took in 3 kittens as well hoping i would be able to pass all that cuteness on to a loving home well almost two years later my home became the loving home!
