If I have a single tube overflow box, what size return pump would I need? I have no idea how many gph this thing sucks down so I thought someone might have an idea of what gph pump to get by my description. Thanks

I think when I got mine it said something like 1400GPH. So my guess would be a pump close to or up to that capacity. Unless your putting it on a 20gal. :D

Its for my 80gallon. I just used my Dad's old pond pump which I have no idea what it is and it worked just fine. Reefalot, this is the pump that I used in the copper quarantine tank. I cant afford anything expensive, just something that will have maybe more than the max I need and I can turn it down if I need to. Thanks

Some pumps is not made for marine use, they are get rusted. I would recommend something like Mag 7 or Mag 9.

Reefalot,

I am buying the Mag 7 supreme. No its not something at taco bell. Anyway, I will need the tubing that goes from the overflow to the 20 gallon sump and whatever I need to go back from the pump to the tank. I am sure you have some of this laying around your Reef House. If you do could you send me a PM on what I need and how much you could sell it to me for if you have it? Thanks
