I was looking at my tank this morning and noticed one of my ricordia that was attached to a small rock was missing. I found it upside down (thank you tank cleaners :-x ) on the sand where it must have been there for at least a day or two. It's not looking to healthy right now, has some long stringy stuff on it and its all shriveled up. Anyone had this happen to them and do they normally come back?

I never had that happen to a ricordia, but plenty to mushrooms. Basically I just would put it in a low flow area with some rubble to reattach. You could also try the various bottle or wedding veil solutions as well.

In my experience, about 90% of my mushrooms survived after detaching and reattaching.
