Donnie, does CP's stocks the impeller for the Seio m1500? The magnet is cracked on mine so I need to find a replacement.

If you don't stock them but can get them, let me know and I'll order asap.

Thanks.

If you find it let us know. I hear that the impeller shaft is very very fragile! When I clean I leave mine in for fear of the dreaded cracked shaft!

Do you mind sharing how it cracked? Just need to know if it happened out of the blue, or during a cleaning session.

It had stopped spinning - think from a power blip. I'm guessing it locked up some how and cracked from force; although I don't really know how that could happen with a magnetic driven shaft. It may be that it stopped spinning because of the cracked magnet.

Anyway, I'll probably buy a couple so I have a spare.

From what I know of, I don't think the wholesalers supply them yet. I will ask my sales rep though first, but it won't be until next week until I could get them in. Will keep you updated.

Glad Donnie is going to check!

I hate to hear the shaft broke on its own.
These are really good pumps, and I want them to prove dependable over time! I hope your case is rare! Good luck!

Well as long as the shafts aren't too expensive, I can go through quite a few of them before it adds up to a tunze. ;)

What kind of warranty do these things have? Didn't you get these recently? Could you get a warranty repair?

I've had it several months, but for the cost of a new impeller, it's not worth my time to try and get a warranty repair.
