I was trying to look at a PM that I sent recently but when I click on "Sent Items" it is empty. Is this a new feature?

Hmmm, I just checked my settings and it seems it has been changed/reset to NOT save sent messages. Idk, maybe from a software update?
Anyway, you can tell the system to save your sent PMs by going to the Settings on the top right of the screen. On the left under My Settings, choose General Settings. Scroll down and you'll see the option to save or not save your Sent Messages.

I will check the settings but profiles are set to keep sent messages by default and I'm not aware of anything we changed, intentionally, with any of the updates that would have modified the setting.
