Thanks for following along on the build. Feel free to ask any questions. I still need a skimmer and of course livestock and am still debating on a canopy or just add a cover over the plumbing.

Ace Hardware will cut your glass baffles to size for free. Just ask for the thicker glass. You can smooth the edges with some sandpaper.

Think I replied before the pics loaded....Anyways, build looks good. Love the overflow, wish I would have done something like that on mine.

Time for an update. CUC getting acclimated.
IMAG0401_zps619d5dfb.jpg

Added some Charting and Ulva.
IMAG0403_zpsafaa3ff6.jpg

CUC added to tank.
IMAG0404_zps5326d236.jpg

I let them do their thing for about a week before adding anything else. I also have been feeding the CUC some raw shrimp every other day to make sure they have plenty to eat. This is all from reefcleaners.org. the CUC will devour half of a large shrimp overnight!

After a week or so I added some livestock thanks to FJW.
Here are two Picasso Clownfish.

A Purple Hammer.

Two of these Zoa frags.

And a Green Ricordea.

This has all been doing great. While those have been in there for about a week or so now, here are some other things I have done. I swung through Lowes and picked up some material to build a screen to keep the snails in. Got tired of finding them on the floor!
IMAG0469_zpse1c72498.jpg

I also got around to hooking up the RKL.

This was a pain to put under the stand. Would have been easier if the sump wasn't there. Just a pointer. I found it easier to trace the outline of the modules and the holes onto a piece of paper. Then take that paper and tape it to the stand and drill the pilot holes. Then add the modules.

Lucky me. Got the net module for Christmas! Setup was not so fun, but I prevailed.

Here are the probes.

Everything is just temporary for now, until I get all the equipment. I've got two Koralia 750's on the way and am not ready for the skimmer yet. And this is where I'm at currently. Waiting on the poly to dry, but takes forever in low temps and high humidity!

Oh yeah, almost forgot the FTS with all the "green coraline".

looking good, you need a skimmer though, any thoughts on what you are going with? bubble magus would be a good fit, Dennis at FJW should have a used one, also 3cc has some nice protein skimmers as well, just can't recall the brand.

Those measurements are correct. And last night I got to install the doors.
