Hey all,

Does anyone know of a place to snorkel and actually see some things in Texas? I'm guessing Galveston would be way too murky and the jetties would probably be dangerous to snorkel around. Corpus?

Twin Lakes over near Manvel (Hwy 6 and 288). There are Perch and some Bass in the lakes, and they are "people friendly" so they'll come and ear from your hand. Everything is kind of green / brown though, so if you're looking for vibrant color, this won't make you happy....

Somehow having a catfish bite me doesn't seem appealing.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!
