I don't know if this is something new or not but I can not stay logged in for very long unless I am constantly moving around in the site. But if I stop for 5minutes then I have to re-log back on is this correct?

There should be a box that you click that says keep me logged in (when you log in). Once I log in I save that page to my bookmark. I never have a problem doing it this way.

I think that is the box that I check that all the time when I log in and it does nothing for me. Stepping away from the computer for less then 5 minutes and have to log back in is getting a little bit frustrating.

Something seems to be resetting your cookies while computer is at idle.

Is this the only forum that does that?

Yes it is and I never had that problem on the old site. I am not sure if it is the same box that Sabrina was talking about but the box that I click in is the one right by my login saying "remember me".

The site is set to time out connections after 15min but this is a session time-out not a log-out, and it is done for security purposes. You can also try clearing your cookies and letting the site recreate it.
