Finally got all the parts except for one to finish the return pump manifold.

I’m waiting on 1.5 slip x 1.5 slip x .75 fpt fitting that didn’t ship until today.
I need it so I can install this:

Those of you with pools that have saltwater chlorinators should recognize this. It’s a flow switch. It keeps the chlorinator from coming on if no flow is detected. This one is all plastic on the wet side.

In my case I’m hooking it to Apex BOB to keep UV and chiller from turning on if no flow is present.

Very artistic layout in the first picture. Maybe your next career can be as an assistant to a food photographer.

Finally got the reducing tee (1.5”x1.5” slip x .5” fpt - Yes I had to order a 2nd time. First time I ordered .75” fpt). I have been waiting on it for the flow switch that I hope to get plumbed in this weekend along with the manifold assembly for the UV sterilizer, chiller and up to three reactors.

Also got in my 3D printed parts to build my tank screen covers. If your interested lookup @dierks over on Humblefish.com.

That’s all for now.

*** Bonus completion points will be getting one of the DOS pumps installed. Just have to figure out where.

One suggestion on the UV placement. I would rotate it 90 degrees so the inlets and outputs are parallel. The way you currently have it can cause air to possibly build up which could crack the bulb that being said I have mine similar but I have read on r2r the horror stories

Well this weekend was go with me on house showings and let’s get the turkey day stuff put away and retrieve the Christmas decorations weekend. 😑

So not a lot of progress. Did get the primary part of the manifold assembly done. Still need to build the branches.

Got the cover frames built. I have netting on one but will need larger diameter screen spline for the feeding port and corners. .140” is a little small and won’t hold the screen tight.

And of course FedEx. I hate FedEx. They just updated the arrival time from noon to end of day. Problem is end of day is 8pm or so this time of year. I'm going to be out 5-10ish today working.

Yeah seem to be doing better. I had to build a rock dam around them to keep the GIANT fighting conchs from bowling them over.

Lol I have to get moved before I even think about that. Definitely signed up for the drawing and will probably buy some raffle tickets.
