well, It may not be beautiful but I think it will work...working with the acrylic is not as easy as you might think.. there is an art to it.. I did it the way you should do it with the chemical solvent... but it had several leaks.. so I went over it with Weld-on 16 I will leak test it tomorrow..the pipe running thru it is for the skimmer return.. I purchased a drill bit to drillthe hole..but the bit was junk./. so I ended up heating up a Socket wrench and melting the holes thru the dividers.. worked pretty good....perfect holes..... I am still learning on this...so for my first one..nottoo bad...I am not done with this one yet...thought I would post up a picture..

size is 24 wide 15 deep and 18 tall.....

Looks good. I really want to try some acrylic work as well. If you don't mind me asking were did you purchase the acrylic and approximate cost. I want to build a AIO tank this summer. One more question on the type of saw blade you used to cut the material with. Again great job.

I bought the "CAST ACRYLIC" you need to use that type....1/4" and a solvent that you apply with a needle applicator (look on youtube for how to build plexi glass boxes..... saw blade is a fine tooth carbid blade... (not sure the tooth count) be carefull the saw dust is hot and may burn you.. also move fast and stand away from kickback .(just in case) that stuff can slice you open...... moving fast keeps the material cooler and it won't melt and stick to the moving saw blade... JUST BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!!ALSO Pickup some Weldon 16 for troublsome leaks... (you can get all this a A/C Plastics by Mykawa and Dixie in the Long drive area....Not sure of address but I think it ison Northdale........... 4x8 sheet is 90 bucks...

ONE NOTE: I AM NOT TRAINED TO DO THIS... THIS IS JUST HOW I DO IT... RIGHT OR WRONG... USE common sense and get more than my instruction before you do something and make a GRAVE mistake....... this is very DANGEROUS !!!!!!

In fact you are better off paying a professional..

that is all I will preach about YOUR SAFETY... I know you are gonna try it anyway... if you are like me...........Be safe and overly carefull.
