Tapatalk login issue (1 Viewer)

Hey, don't know if it's related to the site or the Tapatalk app but every time I restart the app it tells me login is incorrect, I deleted my account and re-added it but the problem prevails. I even got locked out of my account earlier for too many incorrect attempts to login. Has anybody else experienced this and is there a quick fix?

I received a notification last night about a required update. I can't do it right now but will look into it this evening.

Any updates? Still having the same issue and Tapatalk own service email is completely useless :–(

Problem fixed, apparently it was my application which is weird since I didn't even purchase it til about 5 days ago, they're quick with updates!

I just got back from being on the road for two weeks. I am looking into this right now. Mine is working fine right now, but I'm going to look through the logs and see if I can figure out what the problem may be.
