was wondering if anyone know of a good place around here that they would reccommend for getting a tat. pref closer to the N. side of Houston.

I am working on getting a new design drawn up now. Now sure where I will be getting it done yet.

I know there is a shop on louetta near kernkadaul

There are supposed to be a bunch of good shops in the montros area.

I do not have any experience with any of them

Most of the more reputable artists are on and around the Westheimer/Montrose area.

Actually if you do go to sacred heart make sure you make an appointment. but i will tell you they are expensive.

I recommend Tattzoo but its in friendswood area off of nasa rd. 1.

he is extremely fast, neg. on prices and very clean. my friends and i have gotten inked by him and they all heal nicely. very cool guy.

i have two by him. they are small but it took him less than 10 min charged me 50 which sacred heart asked for 120. dont get me wrong i have a few friends that got theirs there and they like it and a friend who went to both but for the price and quality i would look into tattzoo. i would diffently go back there to get anything else i get in the future.

highly recommend them.

but whoever you choose make sure you do your research on them and check out the artist's work to see if they are good at what you want. good luck.

Ive been trying to do as much "research" as I can. from what Ive seen on the websites. I really like this girl Stephanie's work at the Electric Chair. Im sure there are plenty of good places but being out in Spring and that I have 4 lil ones I cant just pop in and out all over checking them out. which is why I asked here of course ;-) was planning on apt. and have the pics of what I want to incorporate. sooo. will post back whenever I can get it done! please lmk if there are any other reccomendations, word of mouth is the best way Im sure!
seems to be quite a few around 1960/Jones area, Johnny Jackson, etc anyone know of these?

My wife, Dawn got one (a cover up) and I had mine retouched over at Infusion Tattoos. Great place good prices, I think hers was 150.00 I made the drawing and he did the rest. Just make sure you work with Bam-Bam. They're over on Hwy 6 @ W.Little York (832) 593-8141.
