Wanted to relay a refreshing LFS experience at Global Pets. I went in ready to throw down $100+ for a new return pump as I was concerned about the high tank temps I was getting. Instead of taking advantage of me to make a sale John talked me out of it and suggested other less expensive options. And when I was still being hard headed (yes, I'm a Taraus) and insisted that I needed a new pump, he loaned me one of his to show me that I didn't need to spend the money!

Yes John is good about that, of course I am sure he would have appreciated that you look at all the corals, and when you return the pump leave with serveral newly bought corals.

I met John for while now and I noticed that about him too. He's the type of person that's willing to helped and solved the problem first ,....before he would try to sell you something. he and Sergio are very honest people,that is why, I love to stop by at Global.
The best place to learn and the best place in town to shop.

I did feel kind of guilty leaving without looking, but he knows I haven't been feeling well lately. But this week is my Friday off so I'll be making my rounds. And now that I've worked out most of the bugs in the new system, I'll feel more comfortable about stocking.
