Remember two weeks ago when it rained like it was Allison again??? Well here is what it looked like in Seabrook in Clear Lake. Let's just say that a high tide, a southeast wind and drainage from all the rains made the water a tad higher than normal. The water was about 6 feet above normal and in people's yards who live off of Talyor Lake and over the bulkhead in our apartments. You will seee that the pier is completely under water and coming into the parking lot.
