So my torch looks like this with little reddish brown threads coining out of two of the the heads. I did just change tanks recently so I expected a few things to be unhappy but should I be worried or do something? I used 85%of the previous tank water and all the same sand and rocks. Salinity is good. Nitrates stable and low. I dose CA and alk manually every other day and have done this since the torch was first put in. I did add 2 t5 bulbs to my new set up. I had just leds before. I let the tank rest for a few days before I turned them on for the first time.

Any suggestions?

Don't worry, your torch is releasing waste from it's mouth.
Can have a lot of reasons, i guess your is from the change.
It will correct itself in a few hours, just let it be.

On a other note, you mentioned you dose ALK and CAL every other day.
Now let me ask you this, what are your test results from ALK, CAL and MAG?
Do you also know what your consumption rate is for 24 hrs?
What kind of other corals do you have in the tank?

I don't have a lot of coral in the tank, just a few right now add I am slowly adding as I feel comfortable that the current residents are happy. I don't have meters to tell me what the levels are but when I tested initially with this bioload, it took about 36 hours before a change in the levels and it was minimal. So at 48 hours it was just reaching the level where it indicated I should start dosing again

My alk is stable at 8.2 almost always with it increasing to 8.3 right after I dose
