I recently got a new aquarium that has been established for 3 years. I got it because I really want to get a puffer. It currently has pink tail trigger (8ish inches) and a Niger trigger (6ish inches). Will they all be okay together? It's a 90g. Also are they ok with soft corals like Xenia and zoas? Thanks for any input!

Fist off 90 gallons is way to small for a trigger they need swim space 120 long would be the min I would keep a trigger , secondly trigger fish are very territorial and can be aggressive to any other fish, two in a 90 gallon . Mmmm your going to have issues besides the space there is not enough room for them to have separate territories. Writing that it is always up to the user and if you add them at the same time you could stand a better chance but its sill not enough space for them.

Also looked on live aquaria they say min 180 gallon.

Well I just got the tank yesterday. He has had these two together for 2 & 1/2 years and they don't seem to bother each other at all. He has them in with a lionfish, a foxface, a yellow tang, a squirrel fish and 2 clowns. They are not at all my choice fish but I think the triggers are beautiful. For sure the lionfish, clowns, and squirrel fish are going to the lfs for credit if they will take them all. None of the fish seem stressed. They all are swimming fine together and no competition during feeding.

I still haven't made a decision on what I am going to do stock wise, but no one knows if a trigger and puffer would get along?!?

I don't think there is necessarily a compatibility problem, but your tank is likely too small for long term success with these fish.
