Hello everyone I am in a bit of bind. Hopefully some of you computer wizards can help me out. I have two radon g2's and I had them set up with my desktop computer. My wife got a windows surface pro 2 with a USB port and you guessed it I am trying to set up connection with it. The problem is I can connect with the lights using the surface pro 2 but after making a change the lights are in "query" and time out every time. I have already uninstalled the connection manager from the desktop. I have obviously downloaded it to the surface pro, the surface recognizes the lights like the first time I connected with the desktop. What am I doing wrong? Also I tried starting completely over by deleting my ecosmart live account but all I succeeded in doing was making the desktop forget It ever knew about the lights. Account still active with desktop and surface pro. Sorry for any confusions. Thanks Zack

Factory reset on the lights.
And setup as new light by login in and downloading new upgrades.
If that not works send Ecotech a email to the tech department ask for Ryan.
They will help you out and do a logmein service on it.

An update for anyone that may have had been wondering. Due to my going out of town I had to wait to get in touch with Ecotech. So I called them just a moment ago, the problem is that Ecotech currently cannot connect with the Microsoft surface pro 2 software. The Ecotech representative said they are currently working on a firmware update for this issue and that it should be released soon. Said to periodically check back with Ecotech website and look for a posting of the update once the issue is fixed simply re-download the connection manager and bott-a-boom. Thanks Diesel

Your welcome Bro.
I wish I could help you more but sometimes this can be a pain.
This were my lights I probably would buy 5 new and till the old ones are taken care of, can't imagine going without my radions for more than two days.
