Would 2 95watts VHO be enough light for a soft coral only tank? What URI bulbs combinations should I use? Thank you.

Yes I think that would be adequate. I would use one actinic and one 10k or something similiar.

I used 2 55-watt actinics and 2 55-watt 10K on my 72 bow and my carpet lived happily.

I would use 1 actinic-blue and 1 actinic-white(50/50). If you use the aquasun(10k) uri bulb you will see a pinkish color(though some people like it, i couldn't stand seeing the pink hue on reflected off my walls). The actinic-white is a crisp blue/white color.
