VHO (1 Viewer)

I just bought a URI superactinic vho bulb but I can't tell what the wattage is. It is marked FR40T12 SUPER ACTINIC/VHO-1. Does that mean it's a 40w or what?

What size? Heres a rundown on VHO wattage:

24" - 75 W
36" - 95 W
48"(or 46.5) - 110 watts
60" - 140 W
72" - 160 W

It's a 48". So will a WH 5 run this bulb?
