Does anyone know the best place to get VHO bulbs and w/p endcaps? Also, will a workhorse 5 run one 110w VHObulb? I have two wh5s and want to change from pc to vho.

Steve the workhorse 5 will put out 128 watts total. It should power the bulb fine. Check around for your VHO bulbs as some of the stores will be very competitive in pricing compared to online. You can get the 3 piece german endcaps at most of the lfs. If you need any help send me a PM.
