My Wife and I recently visited Houston to house hunt (been on a two year hiatus out of state). On our leasure time we visited several LFSs in Houston. Village is the only store we visited that had combined store/tank cleanliness, excellent health of their stock, and friendly sales people. Granted we didn't visit every store in town because we were limited on time.
Some of the places we visited were far less than stellar and I have to admit I walked out of a couple of stores ticked because their stock was in poor shape. I even witnessed some animals afflicted with marine Ich yet, the store had these animals for sale! Inexcusable in my book-not only is it wrong to sell sick fish but a cardinal sin not to be treating the fish properly with meds and quarantine. In other words a total lack of respect for these animals.
So Kudos to Village, I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future.
