Someone gave me a SpectraPure LiterMeter III dosing thing and three of the LiterMeter pumps. One of the pumps doesn't work, and he said it never worked right out of the box but he never had the time to send it in. Anyone have any experience in sending in parts to SpectraPure for repair without an original receipt? I know IceCap is phenomenal about repairing their ballasts...I'm hoping to hear that SpectraPure is.
