I'm unhappy with API. It is VERY difficult to distinguish 10-40ppm, which is quite the range!

What do you use? Do you recommend it?

whoops, my bad. Always used the lab tests (and they came back in normal ranges) but have been investing in the Hanna meters. So far so good on the 4 Hanna meters I have, I like them (so disregard my previous posting)

I have switched all my test kits from Elos to the Red Sea Pro kits....I bought all new Red Sea kits while I still had a bit of my Elos kits left and ran both at the same time....I have to say, I like the way Red Sea kits work and seem to be more on the money than the Elos kits. The great thing about the Red Sea kits is that you can just buy the reagent refills at $12-15 a pop....saves a TON of money over the long haul.
