This is way early, but not to early to consider it could potentially come our way. :unsure: Both models still have it coming this way 5 days out, but looking fairly weak at this time.

I lost power for 12 hrs on this last storm. The good thing about Nicholas was that it wasn't 98 degrees when the power was out.

I just ordered 3x 30# propane tanks to get ready for any future storms and for winter to run my Big buddy heater. Froze last winter because I feared somebody would steal my generator at night at my apartments if I left it running downstairs.

I ordered a CO monitor and it seems most are simi slow to alarm and some have several false alarms which would be really annoying. I’m gonna test the one I have before I use it. For their price, it will be beneficial to have one. Most seem to work fairly well. Propane is good to run because it’s a lot less toxic than gas and I can run both the Buddy heater and the generator with it which makes it a no brainer. I still have 5x 5 gallon gas cans incase I need to take off in the truck or run gas.
