I have two nice pieces of Monti, one was starting to attach but I knocked it loose. Will it hold to glass if I don't hit it again? The one against the overflow should hold right?

It will hold better to the acrylic but neither is a really strong bond. The surface of the glass is too smooth for a strong bond and caps are usually pretty brittle already.

I know my snap off easily if bumped.

As far as the bond to the glass, mine holds very well just like coraline. As jdeveaux said though, the cap is brittle and will snap very easy.

I had a digitata attach to my overflow and it would not come off, literally had to take a chisel to get it off...

I think a cap attached to the back glass might be kinda neat...

good luck,
Steve
