Wobble and Jerk (1 Viewer)

We just got a new yellow eye tang and he acts a little strange. When he is just hanging out, he wobbles from side to side (doesn't go far enough to see if he swims straight). He also looks like he has spastic movements like he is startled, two or three at a time in quick succession. Normal, or did we buy a drunkard?
