I'm looking on purchasing a wrasse, but everything I read about them says that they are reef safe with caution! Any inputs would help!!!!!!

Which wrasse? As loverboy said there are a range of reef safe, some that are with caution are safe except for feather dusters and similar critters.

Maybe Mystery Wrasse? They are about $90 and are in stock most of the time at FJW. Please be warned though that this fish is a jumper, so I recommend a screen on your tank before you get one.

These are my favorite fish. They have awesome personality and mannerisms.

Get a screen!
Jeff had last night a $300 flame touching down 72" on the tile floor.
