I want to upgrade the lighting for my fuge. I have 2 strip lights now with a total of 30 watts. Would 35watss of pc lighting a good upgrade(even though adding only 6 watts) or should I go with something else? Thanks in advance for all replies!!!!! :p

If you have the time to do a search on reefcentral, there is a thread there that talks about a compact flourescent bulb you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot that works great for lighting a fuge. Most people are using the heavy duty clip on light fixtures with the bulbs and are having great results. The bulb costs something like 7 bucks and the fixture just a few more bucks. A nice cheap alternative for fuge lighting.
