Good that you can keep that tank in a closed room, not in an open garage like mine:) So i guess you don't need a chiller? just your house AC?
Have you thought about front access for the tank? That's one thing I have always wished to have for my current tank since I'm so details in my frag placement back then so I spent so much time run back and forth between the front side and back side of the tank to make sure I placed the frags in a 'perfect' location :)
