2 week old MP10 - DEAD (1 Viewer)

My two week old Vortech MP10 was dead when I got home yesterday.

So much for being an early adopter.

they are shipping me a new power supply.

It was on long pulse.

My MP20 goes dead alot, I constantly have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it going again. It doesnt give any error code or anything, just goes dead.

Weird, My MP20 never dies, even after a power out it will be back on running in the blue mode.

I talked with them an hour ago. Ecotech had an issue with an order of bearings that werent dehumidified correctly and they are sending me a new one. They told me a trick to fix it but its only a bandaid, which should hold until my new bearing gets here.
