The date and time will need to be changed because the scheduled time was taken so now I ask what you guys prefer.

I will only have this poll until Sunday because we need to get the location reserved ASAP.

Also, I will be needing some volunteers to help me out on this one and future events. This one will be on my own as John will not be able to make it and now for the bad news Mike (mike13oy) will stepping down from the BOD and Events Coordinator so I will be taking his duties as well.

Since we are selling raffle ticket, Do we limit on how many a person can win or No limit on winning?

Last time, I cleared the place out and felt bad because of it. I didn't realize just how many coral frags I won until it was over. I think there should be a limit.

Yes, it is based on luck, and how many tickets we each buy increases our chances of winning earlier, and getting the choice frags. I too won a lot, and ended up giving several winning tickets away after I picked 4 or 5 frags. I will limit myself to no more than 5 frags for the $20 I will spend, unless no one wants what is left over at the end. IMO that is pretty fair.

Mike, you know what corals we will be getting yet? Do we have a sign up post so we know who all might be coming?
