Time to make my big tang happy. So I am decide to upgrade my 180 Rimless (60x24x29) to 210G ( 84x24x24). I hope with the 7ft long will make all my tang happy. First I want to thanks Leo(Flipside) to hook me up a awsome deal packed. We plan to upgrade the tank in 2 week, Hope everthing will be OK. I will keep this post update. Here is the specs of my new tank
7ft tank (84x24x24) with 2x250wSE MH with 4x96WPC. PM skimmer and PM sump with big chiller. I plan will replace those PC actinic by 6ft VHO in couple months.
I will list my 180 rimless with custom stand and canopy so I can get some cash for my new project.

You're welcome Dennis! However, there are "3" 250w SE MH's. There's two ballasts, but one of them handles two bulbs. ;) Quick disconnects, too. ;)

I'm just happy to see the tank get setup by a friend that I know. You're tangs are going to love the extra 2' of swimming space! :D

hahaha! Too funny, Justin. :D

Painful, yet fun day for the brother and I. :) First, moving two big tanks. One we had to move out of the way for the new one, and then putting the 210 into position. Wow! Those tanks were extremely heavy! It was me, Dennis and my brother over at his house... wish we could have had more people there, but it all worked out with zero casualties.

After drinking a bunch of sodas (it's always 5 o'clock somewhere, but not on a day like this :D) we went over to Tempset's house. Wow! Tanks coming along nicely, dude! Had a few laughs, stole a few frags, then ran over to Mike's (2dawghouse) crib.

I stole one of his RBTA's then I lucked out as he still had those two clams (maxima and a crocea) up for grabs! I had to steal those too. :D It was super fun and d@mn funny watching Mike try to get that RBTA off the rock it was stuck to. haha! Me and his kids were just laughing at him, almost the whole time! You can tell ole' Mike's a Coastie! He was a-cussin' like one! hahaha! He ended up giving me the rock that the crocea was "tendoned" to because... well... that thing wasn't coming off of it. haha!

All in all, all frags are doing great, RBTA is perched and doing fine, and the clams opened right up when I put them in their new, calcium rich environment. Awesome day, to say the least. :D

Dennis,

You do so much for a lot of the guys on this board that I'm just happy to see you hook up with a tank that you and your fish deserve. It was an absolute pleasure to help out with the move. If I had to do it again, I would with a smile... you'd just have to wait another week for the soreness to go away! LOL! I can't wait to see that tank in action! If you ever need "any" help with moving big tanks and stuff, you know I'm there for you.

Now, get some sleep, brutha! You definitely deserve it! :)

Oh, and for those of you looking for a sweet rimless, Dennis has a pretty nice one at his house for cheap! I swear to goodness that I'd buy it if I didn't already have a big tank. Only downside to it is that it's EXTREMELY heavy! It almost weighed as much as the 210! (I'm in agony just thinking about it). This is not a shameless plug... it's just the truth.

Now, I'm going to reply to another post on the COOP board, pop a muscle relaxer, and let Calgon take me away... Hope I don't drown. :D
