So here it is finally, thanks to all that helped me make this dream possible, more pics to come.

System:

46 gal. Aqueon Bowfront Tank and Stand.
156w (4)T5 built in timer From aquaticlife.
Coralife Superskimmer 65.
Eshopps Overflow box.
Rio 2100 Return Pump.
200 Micron Filter Sock.
1 Mp10 (need help with this bugger)
1 Korallia 1050.
Custom sump/refugium. (thanks Narny)
50lb Caribsea fine Sand
~50lb mixed LR(30lb more currently Curing)

I had a hard time as this was an upgrade and I made a few mistakes that cost me 3 fish, wrong sump size(realized too late) and because It took me so LONG to move stuff and wasn't sure about it without a sump by the time I moved everything temp changed on me a lot and I was so stressed I forgot about it so I believe that to be the cause of my lost fish.

Odly enough the new sump is way bigger LOL

it was a "witdh" issue so it worked out great, again thanks Jamie and Narny for your help/support!

So question, for about a week I've gone trough a brown/green algae BLOOM and i mean bloom, overnight my glass looks like it gets tinted green...

I upgraded this tank from a 29gal w/ 20g sump and ended up only adding about 15 more gals of water in the end, that was RO/DI premixed of course and clean tested when added.

Where and why did I get this bloom? did I add to much water most importantly how can I help it or can I?

I do have these "new" lights and im assuming thats where it came from but any hints, tips Ideas?

Light cycle is 12hrs actinic, 8hrs 10k and 18hr moonlights, I do turn them off because there are a bit too bright IMO.

skimmate is not very dirty at all, only getting about a cup every 3 days and If I speed it up I end up with a lot of water in there.

that stuff just happens in new setups. let it run its course once it peaks it food supply and starts to die off your skimmer/sump will processs the die off and you'll be fine. usually happens around the 6 month mark in new builds. just make sure your not over feeding that tank and it'll be fine. you could also pick up a sea hare they LOVE gha. i've got one and hes doing a pretty good job of keeping the tank clean along with a strong clean up crew. just be sure to put some sort of gaurd on the powerheads. so you don't have seahare soup.

Changed my rock work after having to get my dwarf angel out for picking on my brain/elegance. I am wondering tho, with them closed up some little white worms are on it, any advice on them?

some new shots, new rock layout and so forth....

Actually nothing in my tank came from him yet lol, most of my stuff was/is bought in the southeast area mainly Fish Bowl, and a few frags from few vendors around, All about fish, BAMF and city pets and fellow marshians.

The system in general is about 8 months old, it was a 29gal with a 20gal sump before for another 2 months or so and a Biocube 14g before that for about 6 months.

The actual "new nice stuff" which is most of the fish, brain, elegance and SPS only came around in the past 2 months including the fish, I've only had a coral beauty and a clown in the past and softies.

Even then I'd say I have been adding a piece every few weeks and watching them closely, I spoke with gabe from BAMF if anything starts to look unhappy he will take it from me, you can never be too safe.

Btw my algae bloom stopped.

SO stinkin pretty!!! LOVE the aquascape, don't add anymore rock! Trust me; my tank isn't much bigger and once you cram in the "2lbs" per gallon, it starts to look like a pile o rocks.

Looks good! How do your cleaner and CBS get along? I had one (RIP) in my pico but always wanted to put him in my biocubewith my 2 cleaner shrimp. Either way he is now dead cause my pico filter clogged while I was away. :-(

They haven't had any problems at all, I see the coral banded rarely and the cleaner is always out and about, I've never seen them fight and odly enough they molt(sp) at the same time?
