FINALLY!!!! its up and running!! and i think i have my lr the way i want it. maybe just a few changes and thats it and i made it nice and quite.
so my wife is happy the noise is gone. 8)

pluged in all 10 of my t5s today. man are they bright. think i'll add 2 more!! maybe acttinic

How did you fit 10 t5's on a 75? Did you use the reflectors?

they are 47-48" and they are the ones that come with ballast all in one
they come with clips and i clipped them on the 2 middle braces on my canapy. i can fit 2 more if i want. only bad thing is the watts. they are only 38w for 48"s. they come with reflectors on them. so when they go out you buy whole new lite.

now i have a head prob. its gettin up to up 84-85 or so. so how hot is to hot for a reef tank.

Do you have any fans in your canopy? If not you can add a pair or two and it will drop your heat significantly.
