I'm thinking about buying another 90 (48x18x24) to replace mine when I take it down soon, considering one with starphire glass and a corner overflow.

I've been all over google and about the only thing I can find it glasscages, but there are many mixed reviews. I know marineland makes then as well as oceanic, but I can't find anything with starphire glass online.

Anyone know where to look? Any different brands? Looking for a good tank for the best price that will actually ship. I can accept freight at work.

Most of the reviews on glasscages is good. I think that is who I am going to go with myself. I was thinking about getting a quote from ADG and places like TnT. But the prices from Glasscages are far superior, The 300g I am looking at getting is about 1500 with Starphire. Only real negative I have heard is that the silicon work is sometimes a little messy and you have to go to a truck stop to pick it up.

Petco here in Pearland near hwy35 has a 90gl the deminsions you want, tank w/ overflow, stand and Canopy, not sure about sump and pumps and light. And doubt it has saphire glass. $2100, nice but out of my budget.

I wanted a rimless, but I don't like the light spillover from my fixture without a canopy.

My tank is glasscages, no complaints here. They will deliver to your house as well for a little extra money.

I have a stand, canopy,lights, sump for a 90 gal.

My office 90 gallon tank bottom cracked & let all 90 gallons on the floor, over a weekend.

TM, thanks for letting me see your AI's the other day. My 6 units are up & running on my 200.

AMAZING!!

I have all high end equipment I need for it. I was going to build a custom stand to replace my all-glass stand.

Just trying to find a starphire tank around the glasscages price, but not glasscages.

tmgrash: How are your silicone lines on that tank? When you received it did it still smell like silicone solvent?

The seems where fine, as straight and square as any. There were two spots on the back glass where it looked as if they had dropped or smeared some on the glass, it came right off but I thought that seemed a little unprofessional. I dont remember a smell, but I did have to wait 3 more weeks after receiving it to let it cure per their advise. They had an assmebled date and a fill date written on it.

I can give another thumbs up to glass cages. I to read the mixed reviews before ordering but looking back i have nothing but good things to say about the experience. I got a 240g w/starfire front panel. Now i too was asked to wait to fill it up until a specified date. All the work was neat, they were nice. I wonder if they have gotten beter over time? I got my tank aprox oct 2010. A lot of reviews I read were quite a bit older. One thing i wish i had looked into was the black silicone i have a black background on my tank and even thought the silicone is clear it looks white. I think the black may have disappeared more.

Well after some searching I'm almost there. Donnie at city pets is helping me find an affordable option for a DAP tank.
