These were taken near Jamaica beach however it is like that on a lot of the sea wall though I didn't stop and see every bit of the sea wall

We did not go down that far we stopped at were the seawall ends and saw the same but in the water was just small clumps of it coming in.
Was the water still choppy and the wind how was it?
