I have a reef tank with several fish, including a lemon peel angel. Since his buddy, a pygmy angel died, the lemon peel has become very territorial. I wanted to add a tang and some anthias/chromis/or cardinals, however I know the lemon peel will try to terrorize the new additions. So I'm asking for successful ideas on how/when to add more fish:

Here are a couple of my options:

1. Isolate the angel on one side of the tank for a few days (or weeks) while the others get acclimated

2. Remove the angel to another tank and add the fish, then return the angel after a few days/weeks. (Need to devise a trap)

Anyone care to share similar successes?
