Always match the big 3, temp, and sg. alk being the most important and i prefer an almost exact match. I’ve calibrated my trident to my Hannah egg so that has worked out fairly well.

Calibrate to seawater basically. In the calibration menu, you enter the values of YOUR test kits then run the calibration on tank water. I would still calibrate with the Neptune solution when switching reagents.
I only do 10% WC so it really doesn’t matter that much. Although I never know when I might do 20% - 50% so I always have it mixed to about 8 dKH.
