I have an anemone that looks normal on one side, although deflated and on the other side he is bare. Should I remove him and put him alone in another tank or is he gone?

hmmm...look around you might find you have 2 anemones! Mine looks like that when it splits.

I'd say leave it but watch it closely. If it starts to slime away get it out of the tank ASAP.
