I have some red stuff growing on some of my live rock. Looks like dots but it can be rubbed off by hand. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks for the help!!

i havent seen flatworms before, but this stuff isnt moving. If it is cyno, what should i do? By the way, can someone describe flatworms?
