Last night I realized that my Hydra light (purchased over a year ago) was all blue...like really blue...like moonlight, but brighter. I checked my controller, and even reloaded the firmware and reset everything. My White LEDs simply are not working. Two of them just barely glow....but no real light being produced. As well, there is a funny noise from the unit when I turn on the white channel, but its not there with any of the others.

Today I called AI and talked to their support people. They are sending me a new set of LED pucks and a new circuit board....free of charge. All I have to do is swap everything and send them the old items so that they can verify that I have not damaged them, or put them in water.

That is TOP KNOTCH customer service, these guys have earned my business from now on.

I just wanted to give them some props!

I've heard multiple stories like this before. The stories become especially interesting once you hear stories about other vendors.
