The snail looking thing is about the size of a dime, looks like a snail on the bottom but has a shell on top. I want to be certain about the anemones before I do anything with them.

yes I believe might be Majano Anemones. Just as bad as aptasia. Multply fast and can sting other corals.

looks like it to me. You can use Joe's Juice or lemon juice with a syringe to kill them

yes those are majano anemones, and yes they are considered bad by the reefing community
