So, not too long ago I bought an AquaticLife Smart Buddie Booster Pump. This thing is great! It's totally turnkey - even has its own flow restrictor and safety shut off so the pump doesn't run dry.

I used to fill a 5 gallon water container in a little under 2 hours.

With the pump, I'm able to make over 32 gallons in under 4 hours...

Key words "OVER 32 gallons..."
Ask me how I know.
(Hint: I use a Brute trash can...)

Next episode: How much water can carpet absorb?

It’s not a question of if, it’s a question of when. Rip dem floors
Oh this isn't the first, or second, or fifth time, lol. Love my shop vac!

I already replaced the carpet with hardwood in my dining and living rooms... Because I wanted wood floors, not because I needed to.

What I NEED to do is pay attention to the damn alarm I set when I'm filtering water!!

I have something like this that I clamp onto the brute when filling it.

Yeah, I was just relying on my phone alarm... I would have been fine if I had paid attention (and not just turned it off when it rang... You can't fix stupid!)

Figure out how big of a hole you need to mount the float valve then screw that hole in top lip. Here’s the old bucket I used to have it on before I got my water vats. Never failed me.
