I'm about to set up my new dosing system, but I was wondering if a sodium carbonate/ sodium bicarbonate mixture would clog the tubes of my bubble Magnus.

You have to pre mix it and let it rest/settle for a day or two before use.

That was I though, so it doesn't build up if you let it settle

If you mix it with the right formula it will not settle it turns back to clear looking as water.
You using RO/DI for the mix?

I would check the tube exit area once a while to make sure no clog.

Yeah, evaporation tends to lead to some clumping on the exit. I use brs soda ash and calcium - no settling issues. Just mix and go.

Yeah I just mixed up a batch of BRS chili mix Alk, Cal and Mag - they next day all 3 were clear as RODI.
